Volunteer positions are available for both long and short term commitments. Whether it is helping with general barn chores, caring for our horses, becoming a side walker or head walker in our therapy sessions...

Short Term Volunteer Opportunities:

Our short term volunteer opportunities do not require any horsemanship experience. These positions involve teaming up with our staff and assisting with our special events or group service projects.

Long Term Volunteer Opportunities:

Level I Volunteer: Requires no horsemanship experience. Duties include general barn chores and group service projects.
Level II Volunteer: Requires 1 year of horsemanship experience. Duties include grooming and tacking up our therapy horses. Assisting leaders during a therapy session as a side walker.
Level III Volunteer: Requires 2 years of horsemanship experience. Duties include grooming and tacking up our therapy horses. Leading our horses in therapy sessions, side walking with our students, providing encouragement and/or physical support during therapy sessions.
